We offer free shipping on orders over $49.99 from our warehouses in China or the UK.

United States: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days.
Canada: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 working days.
European Countries (UK, FR, NL, etc): Orders typically arrive within 7-9 working days.
Australia: Orders typically arrive within 7-9 working days.
South Africa: Orders typically arrive within 9-11 working days.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

Attention: Although we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, please refrain from ordering less than 48 hours before you need it. We recommend allowing at least a 2-week cushion before your desired delivery date to account for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery times.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Military Bases. Please provide a physical address for your order.

Customs and Taxes

Customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional costs due to address modifications or order cancellations/returns are also borne by the buyer.

Return Conditions

Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, either unopened and unused in original packaging, or opened but uncontaminated with the unused portion in original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at info@Chillwool.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Alternatively, you can use our live chat function on the website during business hours to obtain an RMA. Our live chat is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (GMT), excluding public holidays. Returns sent without an RMA number or prior approval will not be processed. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to:
